Very *****! Deposit Not refunded!

Returned the car in East London Airport Thrifty on Saturday 27 Nov 2021, i am yet to see my deposit returned to me. Calling them is useless, as they manufacture Excuses. They seem to be in business of "Escalating" endlessly to management, no action here beyond that. ***** business practices is not written in their contract, i expect my deposit back.
