Very Bad Customer Service !!
<p>Rented a car this evening from Dollar/Thrifty Rental Desk at OR Tambo airport. Worst nightmare and very rude rental agent. This was my first rental from Dollar/Thriffty and I think if this is how they do business, management of this office needs to relook at who is on their front desk....</p>
