vehicle mechanical failure

rented car in early December , after receiving vehicle and driving it a few km,s I called them and said vehicle is not in a good way , unfortunately they could not provide me with a other 7 seater model . a day later the car broke down with clutch failure . after sitting next to the road for 4 hours I was supp**** with another . after the end of my holiday I returned the vehicle , however they kept my 7000 rand deposit , and said it will be refunded after mechanical inspection. it has now been almost six months and after dozens of enquirys still nothing , be warned stay away sadly I have to say. iz buys
