Vehicle hire deposit at Dollar Thrifty

My and I hired vehicles with company, they always seem cheaper than others and always will give you a run around for your deposit which must be paid back within 7 days. Just in East London alone they sure have a long list of clients like me. They are terrible and I suspect use all excuses to keep your deposit longer for their benefit.

I have hired with others and never had such an issue, it's always with them. This case dates back to early February. I now need to physically go to argue with them to pay me and my wife. They must be named and shamed!
