Vehicle Breakdown and Left Stranded

A youth group from Rhema Randburg hired 2 vehicles from Dollar Thrift. They left Johannesburg early this morning on their way to Cape Town ahead of 300 youth leaving for Camp tomorrow morning. 11 hours later (in the Karoo) the one vehicle breaks down - it is 4pm. Daniel (the Manager at 011- ***) gets phoned and supposedly makes arrangements for a substitute vehicle. It is now 23H30- the 6 young people are still stranded in the night on the side of the road waiting for the substitute vehicle. They try to make contact with the driver who keeps telling them that he is 10mns away - for the last 3 hours
