UNTRUST WORTHY DOLLAR THIRFTY AND AN SERIOUS DAMAGE THEY DID

It is the first time in my entire rental that Dollarthrifty does not comply to the regulations as they should. I was promised on 10 August 2021 my deposit back which I still do not see. Worst of all they on the start of rental had not have the bakkie I needed and gave me a food bakkie full of blood all over, it was terrible, the second bakkie an hour later they did the same another bakkie with rotten smell at the back of the bakkie, finally 2 hours later that is after they processed my deposit and took payment first which left the blooded bakkie not to be taken by myself and then 2 hours later I was asked to take a bakkie which was much smaller and my plans to transport clothes could not be completed it left me with atleast R10 000-00 damage because I could not transport with the size of the bakkie dollar gave and also the time delay that people left because of my 2 hours delay. This is realy bad I can not believe this, then Abdul phoned 3 weeks after with a promise of some compensation on the 17th August 2021 together with the deposit that he said is already released but it is not. I still did not hear anything and still did not get any deposit, it means that this company is now un-trust worthy after so long I have been their client paying them thousands to rent their cars per month from 2017.
