Hi, I rented a car at OR Tambo and returned it on the 3rd of August 2020, it's now the 20th of August and my holding deposit hasn't been returned, after numerous calls, no one is helping me on this matter.
been renting with them a few times but this is a first

i received that ticket number, I don't like this back and forth as when the money was taken with no hickups, now that it's time to pay back, I have to go through such struggles
