Unroadworthy cars

Rental a car from Thrifty to drive down from Johannesburg to Kwa-Zulu Natal, the quality of lights of the was dim and stopped working along a trip which was dark and isolated. On calling thé their customer service, thé were only able to send another car in an estimated 3 hours, which would’ve been 12pm and we thus had to drive to our lodge using hazard lights.

This was life treating and extremely dangerous as I was driving with a friend and we’re both females, additional the area has various animals crossing the street making it susceptible to accidents.

A simple standard check could’ve saved us from this ordeal but clearly thrifty doesn’t care about the basic safety of their client, I will never make use of them or recommend them as the only thing they could do it say sorry
