Unreliable Sq

<p>I rented a bakkie Nissan NP 300, DF38SXGP, on the 5-10 January 2017 at King Shaka airport through the agent, Joshua Maseko. The reference number is ********** 5. I paid about R3550 for rental and R4000 for the deposit. I have made many calls to the agent about my refund and he keeps saying that Dollar Thrifty hasn't returned my money. I would like to know for how long should I wait for my money, because the date I was given has long passed. I need my refund in my account with immediate effect. I will never again work with your company after this. </p>
