unreliable and dishonest company

If there was a way to rate this company zero then I would!!!

So my fiance and I had planned a trip to Mozambique from Johannesburg, we called this company asking them to confirm if they allow cross border rentals and they did.,so we made the biggest mistake of our lives and decided to book a car with this company. He arrived at O.R Tambo on the 10th of August around 14:30 and found that there were no cars available? I mean how do you confirm a customer's booking knowing that there are no cars available within that category.. He waited and waited... fast forward a few minutes later and then they said there was a car available, they prepared a letter for us to use to authorize us to cross the border with this car. When he arrived at the parking lot the car was in such a bad condition; was old scratched and dented all over so he refused to take it as this was not a car worthy of being used for a long distance drive. He went back to the office and they said the person on duty said this was the only car they had available. It is now 17:15 and he is still waiting for a car which he had booked in ADVANCE!!! They sent him from pillar to post when asked to explain how they can confirm a booking for a car that was never actually there ???? It is now 18:15 on the dot and at this point I decided to call their useless customer services line , I spoke to a gentleman who promised to get back to me but never did. We almost missed the closing time for the border gates to Mozambique as they close at midnight and the accommodation had already been paid for.

We will never use this comoany again!!
