Unreasonable extra charge without notice
We rent a vehicle on the 1st to 7th Sep 2015, & return the vehicle on the 7st after filling up full tank of petrol at the BP airport petrol station... <br> <br> However, it tooks up to a week's time to get the deposit refund (14th Sep), and they charged petrol money from the deposit?!! The distance from BP to Thrifty car rental is less than 7km, how is this possible? And according to their Ts & Cs, they should have contact the customer within 24hrs after the vehicle returned if there's any extra charges, which didn't happened!! This could be seen as breach of contract!!!
