Unprofessional *********** Rude Staff

Highest level of incompetency & unprofessionalism was stranded at EL airport after booking a vehicle with them confirmed online called them twice on my arrival the rude guy said R9500 yet quote said R4000 & did credit check without my consent that my poor credit score

Meaning if I paid R9500 I was gonna get a car I was desperate tryin to think how to get to My home town Cofimvaba which is 240 km EL I got home after 8pm far worse than if I drove there

Don’t trust this company

On my facebook post over 20% of my 4900+ facebook friends shared their stories of dissatisfaction about this company

Now they don’t want to pay my money

If they don’t reply I have no choice but to take legal action then they pay also for inconvenience
