Unpaid refund for too long now

I am writting this review very upset about how this company dont care about customer service.... Let alone taking few minutes to respond to emails that are sent to them....

For days i have been struggling to get my refund from them... When i called at first i was **** to saying money is paid i should enquire with my bank... Only to find out that its was lies payment was not even proccessed.... Called again many times and no assistance what so ever.... The only thing you will get is a lie after another....

Made a follow up on my refund request and i was told the samething and then given an email address to enquire.... Sent 3 emails on differrent days nobody feels the need to respond and it is so annoying dealing with such people....

Can someone attend to this and get in touch with me to resolve this issue .... I do not wanna be sending emails over and over again with no success
