Unpaid refund

Thrifty provided such bad service, firstly they added a, extra charge in my account on top of deposit and rental charge, then I returned the car on 28th January today (22nd February 2022, the refund is not paid, I send an email to which no one responded to, I called to inquire abut this their agent was just as surprised and kept repeating everything I say eventually told me to call Thrifty, this ****led me because isn't that what I did and got through to him??? The one thing that I picked up from him was that the refund is paid to the wrong account not mine. How does that happen? the guy kept asking me about it, how would I know? i'm a client and I just need my refund thats all.
