Unpaid deposit refund

On Friday, the 13th of May 2022 I rented a car from the King Shaka branch in Durban.

I returned the car on Sunday the 15th and it was dirty, I couldn’t get a chance to wash it because I was rushing for my flight.

Upon the return, I was asked to sign a damage form since the car is dirty so they outsource the car wash services.

When I asked why, they said they don’t have any other paperwork to sign for car washing.

My R3500 deposit is still being held since Sunday, I normally receive it within 3 working days. I am worried because I have been their customer since 2016 but now I keep on getting disappointed.
