Unpaid deposit

Rental returned in good condition.Deposit is now 16 days over due.Dineo at switchboard had an awful attitude and was disnterested with helping me,I had a back and forth with her and she eventually transferred me to a refund consultant.Hailey Coetzee who is holding deposit manager has not been helpful after numerous calls and emails with her.
