Unpaid deposit

On 05 February 2022, I hired a polo in Cape Town and returned it on 12 February 2022. I was then assured that my deposit will be paid back within seven working days from 12 February. To my surprise I have received no notification from my bank about my deposit payment. On 26 February 2022, I again hired a car at Mtata Airport and dropped it off in East London. Up to today, dololo my deposit. As much as your rates are reasonable same does not assist and it’s an inconvenience to not be paid back for more than a month 😭😢💔🤦🏿♀️
