********ly deducted R50 000 from CC refuse refund
Was involved in MVA on 12 May 2015 - took out cover excess waiver etc - excess amt R15000.00, Upon receiving replacement car OR Tambo branch reserved R50 000.00 against my CC. Queried said was error would rectify. Next they deduct R50000.00 from my CC and refuse to refund saying it is the excess on the first vehicle MVA . DISHONEST, THIEVERY, STAY AWAY, NOT REPUTABLE
