On 31 August 2015 I return the rental vehicle to Thrifty at Cape Town International Airport. Just 5 minutes before that I have filled it up at the BP Station at the airport. I showed the petrol slip and the guy checked the<br> the fuel gauge. On 12 September 2015 my credit card was debited with R176,28 FOR REFUELLING.

Dear Valued Customer,
Thank you for addressing your concerns with Dollar Thrifty Car Rental,
Whilst we do understand your concerns regarding the refueling of the vehicle, as per our standards terms and conditions, all vehicles termed are refueled, should the vehicle require more than 3 liters of fuel, this will be for the renter's account, under 3 liters we do not charge, and will be cost to company therefore.
A refueling surcharge fee of 10% is applicable, for the vehicles requiring more than 3 liters of fuel.
