UNHAPPY SERVICE WITH DOLLAR THRIFTY
I have been booking cars frequently and once there were funds not paid into the account, my deposit was not returned after i had returned the car. The CPT branch couldn't assist till date after enquiring so much about it. Till date no deposit on the last car rental returned in the CPT branch.
Hired again on on the 17/10/19 where the vehicle was picked up in Durban Airport and dropped off in Durban Airport on the 20/10/19 as i was travelling back home to CPT. 7 days later, enquiring with the CPT branch as i am far from Durban- CPT branch tells me cheeky that they wont assist me as i didn't tak the car there i should enquire with the Durban branch, hello its one DAMN company.
Same attitude as i got from the CPT branch about my prev deposit that i haven't got till date. im so disappointed in Thrifty, im not sure if they think im a dumb ass.
I'm hoping a lady from the deposit release dept to assist me today as im very unhappy with the service of thrifty and their rude consultants in the CPT branch.

Simangele who blatantly **** to me saying yesterday when i spoke to her that she will send an email after 8 am but all to find out today it hasn't been sent, i had to change my tone with her and become rude for her to attend to my query and its over 7 days and judging from people's reports your company is used to not paying back the refund/ deposit money which i believe will have to end now or else your company will loose clients if you dont change your approach and the rude staff .
I expect feedback urgently as i need my money today still please. i dont want any excuses as i had to loose my prev money due to the rude staff at the CPT branch that till date i haven't received my 1st refund and this is my 2nd refund. why is your company good at taking money but bad at paying it back
can this be an urgent matter before i take it further
