Unhappy experience

I recently hired a vehicle from Thrifty Car Rentals, OT. Upon following up regarding my deposit refund, I was informed that this process takes up to fourteen days. If I had known this from the onset, I would have declined their offer. To the public out there, please take note of these reviews and don't be trapped in their ********* business practices.
