Unfaithfulness

We rented a car about two weeks ago and extended by a day. Firstly they deducted for two days. The car was not in good condition and they brought us another one which was also not in good condition. Since then they are holding on our deposit Whenever we call them they keep Saying they are dealing with it immediately. Its more than a week of promises which they never honoured. Tried to call their call centre and the representative dropped the phone while I was still talking. In brief description their service sucks
