Unauthorized Deductions

Rented a vehicle via Unlimited Millage on 8 June 2020 and was charged the deposit and rental at pickup. Returned the car on 11 June 2020 with no incident earlier than stipulated time with a full tank. For some odd reason my account was charged again on the 12 June 2020 for an additional amount without explanation.

Called their call center and send email to both agent and Thrifty with no response.

This was an unauthorized deduction, return my money.
