Unauthorized debit order

Last month I rented a car from Thrifty.. With the 200km free package. The sales lady Palesa failed to disclose to me that I would have to pay for petrol even if I do less than the 200km free.. The next day after retaining the car I was debited for R130 from Thrifty sandton and had no idea what was it for or how they can debit me without my consent. I went back to the company a few weeks later as I was in pmb.. The lady there did not know what I was charged for and said she will get the manager to contact me.. Today it has been 3 weeks later and no contact was received.. I called them today spoke to a lady Palesa who says she was the one who rented the car to me.. She was absolutely rude and arrogant.. And I asked her why she did not disclose to me that I will have to pay for petrol even if it's less than the 200kms she said she did when she did not.. I asked her if she has prove maybe from video footage she said no.. This lady failed to disclose such vital info to me and therefore I was debited without my permission.
