Unauthorized Credit Card *****!! (DO NOT USE THRIFTY)

Paid a R4000 deposit upon collection. Stopped at a shop 2km from Thrifty to get something, got to the car in less than 5 mins. Car does not want to unlock. Phone Thrifty, they come with new car. Guy who brings car jerks, pushes, bumps and hits car at lock with key and body. Doesn't get it open. He calls another guy, guy comes with a *****driver and T-shirt and bends door open to pull knob of vehicle. Pop boot, all our stuff are gone. He does not even check if the door lock works and drives off with the car.

Haven't received deposit back yet. An additional R2500 UNAUTHORIZED TRANSACTION was made on my credit card by Thrifty this morning. No communication or response from them. DO NOT MAKE USE OF THESE PEOPLE, they will ***** your money!!!
