Unauthorised transaction

<p>I rented a car from Dollar Thrifty. The assessor only showed us the outside of the car and not the inside. When we got to the hotel we noticed a cigarette burn. Upon return the assessor advised the seat has been burnt. He advised that the car could have been given to us in that way but I need to fill in a form. He told me someone will call me to confirm what was wrong on previous reports. On the 29th decemebr and Unauthorised transaction of 1300 went off my account. No one has contacted me regarding this. I believe the car has been returned in the exact same condition as given to me. I expect this transaction to be reversed as this is ridiculous. My ID number is ********** 3****9.
