Unauthorised Debits and not refunding back my money
I rented a vehicle feom their Cape Town International Airport. After I dropped their vehicle, they kept deducting money from my account without my consent. This has happened on two different contract. When I contact them, they say it was an error on their side since I have no outstanding amounts. Now they are struggling to refund my money even after I sent them my bank statement

04 Oct 2019, 12:09The last contract Number is *** where an amount of R 2 000 was deducted and when I phoned you call centre, they admited it was an error but still wants to send Bank statement. I ent it but still no joy. The other it is the contract before that where an amount of 700 and somenthing + 500 and something was deducted, I was told it was for a spare wheel damaged. but I never used a spare wheel and on top of that I had a superwaiver insurance with Tyre and windscreen cover
