Unacceptable delays on refunds through no fault of mine

I rented a vehicle at the beginning of June and returned the vehicle on time. I was subsequently charged for an extra day including super cover and i dont know what else. Since then, I cannot get them to refund my money. I have been in contact with Mageshen who is the manager at the Randburg branch and to date, i have not received my refund. The error is on their side which they have admitted. I have a copy of the form which clearly states the date on which i returned the vehicle. Still after 2 months of communicating with Mageshen, I have not received my Refund. I am owed in R2295 . Please help
