Treble charging on credit card
I recently hired a car at ORT and was double charge on taking the car and then treble charged on returning it 2 days later when I complained a bout the double charging. the refund to my credit card happened more than a week after it happened. I am still waiting for the double charge return. It would seem that the financial controls and staff training are not what the should be....this is company that one would need to keep a close eye on...not a healthy business trust relationship I'm afraid
