Traffic fine ****

I rented a car in November 2018 for 2 days. I received a notification 4 days later that i had a traffic offense during my time of rental and which they would debit R250 for the fine. They went ahead to debit the account on the 8 of November for that amount. This week now in 2019, 7 months later I receive the following sms :Traffic Offence RA *** Kindly be advised that during your vehicle rental, a traffic offence occurred. As per signed rental agreement, R250-00 admin was billed, attempt to redirect the fine has failed. Therefore we will be billing you the fine amount of R810 And pay the fine on your behalf. Kind regards Fines Team - Dollar thrifty. They have went ahead to debit my account yet AGAIN. I called in to query this and was advised to send my bank statement via email that shows that the amount of R250 was debited in 2018, which i have. 4 days later, i still don’t have any feedback from this company, everytime i call im told that someone from the contact center would call me but noghing happens. I want my money back because as far as im concerned i dont owe Thrifty any money. Your service has been highly poor and disappointed.
