Thrify the delay your deposit payment company

I rented a car for my wife from 5 to 9 November. The car was returned on the 9th all in order. Today is 23 November and my deposit has not yet been returned?? Are they going to pay the interest on my money as it has been with them so long. This is truly disgusting!!!!
