THRIFY CAR HIRE ARE *****S OF NOTE

MY *** I hired a car from Durban Branch and paid deposit + daily rates on the 24th of October 2020, I returned Vehicle on the 25th of October at the King Shaka Airport. i was suppose to get my deposit back after 7 working days till to date i havent received my car hire deposit. I emailed Moazz Bhana from Thrifty he advise the payment for deposit was paid on the 29 of October 2020, i then asked for a proof of payment he said he only have a ref number confirming with the bank that its done: Call ***. I offered to provide bank statement to show i haven't receive any funds but still Thrifty is distancing themselves for the money not reelecting on the account.
