THRIFTYs poor service

Poor service, paid for the booking, deposit was provided, I brought the vehicle back, the full deposit was given back and now a month and a half later I was debited with no communication for a fee that was not part of the agreement. Tried calling the call service, continously being transfered from one department to the next, spoke to a supervisor at Thrifty, said I should send relevant docs, no feedback given.... Money taken with no permission and no one wants to assist, don't ever use their service in future
