Thrifty withholding my deposit.

I rented a car on 31 October 2021 and paid with my debit card. According to the sales guy because my name was not on the card, the deposit had to be moved from R5000 to R10 000. I agreed and paid the deposit. So I returned the car on 17 November to the OR Tambo branch where I rented it. Until today it is 22days waiting for my deposit to be returned but no answer on several emails send. I also reported the same on the whatsapp line *** but no reply. Please do not rent any vehicle from this people. Mail was Nathan Liebenberg - call centre, Hayleigh Coetzee - customer care, Holding deposits, Preshina Moonsammy, rez@thrifty. How is it possible to have a customer even asking for his money back. THEN ALL THESE PEOPLE WERE MAILED AND NO FEEDBACK. PLEASE RETURN MY MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!
