Thrifty took R635.17 from my account and has not returned it
Thrifty has erroneously taken R635.17 from my account. They accepted the mistake was theirs but 2.5 weeks after taking the money, they have still not returned it!

03 Apr 2018, 21:09Thrifty has now returned the money into my account (2.5 weeks later) but my account is with an international bank and the money was not returned at the exchange rate at which it was taken from my account. I have thus not only lost potential interest earned, but also the real value of the money is lower than when it was taken from my account!
