Thrifty steels your money!!! Never trust them.

I have send this email to Evelyn Naidoo and Miosa (Motor industry ombudsman). Looks like this is an ongoing thing for Thirfty Car Rental to rip poeple off. I have read the responses on Hello Peter.

This is nonsense. The person who checked the vehicle with us before we took it on the 02/01/2019 clearly marked it on the documents. I asked him about it, then he showed me that he had already marked it clearly on the form. Now you want to bill me for old damages, that you probably already charge someone else for.

I have already paid R6,000 deposit that should have been refunded and now you come up with your own rules that you decide that you will keep for old damages, even if it is clearly marked on the form BEFORE we took the vechile. Now apparantly you can't see that it is the same damages that was marked. There is no other marks around that area that was stated on the form except the small dents. Now why did he make that ticks on the form? Did his pen slip or what? What **** story are you going to come up with to rectify your side of the story?

You are the worst car rental company I have ever rented from and I will not leave it here. You will hear from me and I will make it my mission to let everyone know your bad and sly service."

Hope they catch a wake up and stop steeling poeples money and start picking up there act.
