Thrifty Sandton the worst Car rental branch - PLEASE DON'T RENT CARS FROM THEM

The worst car rental service and their refund policy is absolutely shocking. When you book a car they take your deposit and tell you that you will get it back 2 days after you return the car. It has been over 7 working days and my refund has still not been returned to my bank account.

I spend over R220.00 of airtime to phone their offices in Sandton 4 times a day. Their management is totally useless and let the staff cover for them. Their internal finance team made a mistake by sending the refund to the branch instead to my account. When the refund was eventually done it restarted the entire waiting period again. No one takes responsibility for their mistakes and a total don't care attitude. To make it worse the Sandton branch insist I have to speak to their call centre to phone their own bank, When you call their call centre ********** then you press 1 you get cut off. For 3 days none stop no one is answering except reservations. When you speak to reservations and explain to them that their other call centre is not answering "IS THERE ANYONE ELSE TO SPEAK TO" they tell me that they cant do anything they only take bookings.
