Thrifty Ripping People of the Hard earn Money!!

Thrifty a ******** syndicate!! On the weekend of the 11 June i rented a VW Polo for the weekend at King Shaka airport, on the Sunday night 13 June while in Umhlanga town for dinner around 19h00, two wheel hubcaps was ****** off the vehicle. I reported this to the office at King Shaka airport, the charged me R2260+ for replacing this two hubcaps telling me i caused damage to the vehicle...this is absurd!! The vehicle i rented was full of dents and scratched from pervious rentals, (see the report on accepting the vehicle), this include damage to all hubcaps, why must i pay R2260 for two damage hubcaps...also why this amount?? VW hubcaps in about R300 a piece at VW. On calling that branch 5 times, i am still waiting for a someone to phone me back....companies like this should not exist in todays economic times, ripping people off like they do!!!
