THRIFTY Rental, A NO GO AREA FOR RENTALS
What a bunch of *******. For the safety of our hard earned money, NEVER HIRE A CAR AT THRIFTY because What you sign on the contract when renting a car is the total opposite of how they operate. When you have to get your refund for deposit, they will quote you so many things that don't make sense to avoid Paying back the refund. Got ****med twice R8000.00 from November 2021 rental and the February 2022 rental.

This is what I woke up to after I shared my review. Mind you I returned the car 30 minutes earlier,..I had 1000 mileage that I didn't use,...basically everything was 100% when I returned the car. But instead of getting paid my R4000.00 refund, I got R1745.00 . These people are really ****S!
