Thrifty over charging for rental

Hi, Rental Agreement: **********

I rented a vehicle on the 26th to 28th of February at CPT Int Airport.

The rental invoice is for a total of R1732.09

I was charged an extra R5,358.44.

I have called to query the amount but once the call center redirects me to their customer service the line goes to an automated messaging service.

I have called and asked the initial call centre to provide me with someone to speak with but every time I call they send me to an automated messaging service, they have also said that they would get back to me via email but they do not.

I have been calling over the last two weeks with not feedback.
