Thrifty not refunding my money - bad attitude from Cape Town International Branch

I did a deposit of R1488-00 on the 11 September 2017 that should have been refunded to me already on the 25th of September. One month later still no refund. The person who promised my refund Tasneem has been transferred and the current branch manager is not taking my calls or responding to my emails. The second in charged promised that it would be in on the 13th of October... and guess what still nothing... They are useless... Called their headoffice and they just take maessages and never get back to you.
