Thrifty not refunding deposits
After numerous requests my deposit of R9500 for the rental of a little Hyundai Grand i10 for 5 days in Cape Town have after 4 weeks still not been refunded.
This was my first time using Thrifty but it is DEFINITELY the last. I will discourage anyone from using Thrifty car rental.

31 Mar 2020, 16:11I have already done that 2 weeks ago and all I received was an e-mail and my statement from Ananda Lee Mortimer indicating that an amount of R 9499.95 will be refunded but to date I have note received any further communication or indication on when it will be paid or why it takes more that 4 weeks to do the refund.
