Thrifty non payment of my deposit

I rented a car with Thrifty to use for more than a month and paid a deposit of 6000 first and another for 3000. Up to date I have not received my deposit. This deposit was supposed to have been paid even before lockdown and at that time I was told because of the cancellation of flights they still busy dealing with those and will then start paying deposits. However, that has been more than 2 months. Whn i sent an email to *** I did not receive any response let alone an acknowledgement of receipt from them. I would like some assistance in getting my 9000+ deposit back from Thrifty
