Thrifty King Shaka robbing their customers of their holding deposits.

I returned my rented car on the 11th of January to Thrifty King Shaka and i have not received my holding deposit. I have called their offices on numerous occasions my reference number ***, but they keep saying my money was released on the 22nd of January and i must query this with my bank. i have been checking my account and communicating with my bank and this money never went into my account on the 22nd of January or thereafter. Thrifty King Shaka needs to get their act together and stop robbing their customers!
