Thrifty King Shaka Airport bunch of ******

I made a reservation with through a service provider Car Hire co.za i was happy with the quote and accepted it. On arrival at the King Shaka Airport Thrifty bunch i provided my details and contract was issued to me. On collecting the vehicle and checking my bank balance i noted that what i was quoted and 2 deductions taken by Thrifty and the type of vehicle i had reserved did not correlate with the quote i had received from Car Hire co.za. I then went back to the branch and i was told to follow up with the service provider, which i did and was made aware that the reservation i had book was a no show. Each week since i have been getting deductions on my bank account and worse getting no joy from the *********** staff at the Thrifty King Shaka Airport to get them to sort out the mess
