Thrifty keeps your money *******y

Thrifty branch in Port Elizabeth charged me more than R5,400 by mistake? on the 11th December.

Thrifty National Audit and Risk Manager sent me an email last Saturday assuring that the monwy would be in my account this Monday, the latest.

Today is Monday and the money is not in my account. I have been told twice that you had already transferred me the money (when we were at Thrifty brach in Cape Town to return the car) and last Tuesday.

As there is no good will on your side, I feel free to report this situation to the diplomatic police.

I will give them a copy of the contract as well as a copy of these emails, in which you recognize thar you owe me the money.

Of course I will take legal action too and will inform about your ******* practices.
