Thrifty irritating approach to invoices
I don't like complaining on hellopeter but I really need an invoice. I had to call in three times on Friday to get through to a person who could help and in spite of them saying they take a whole day just to send an invoice (which Avis, for example, sends automatically) they have sent nothing, not acknowledged my online query Ticket # ********** or done anything to resolve.
There should also be the ability to click on previous trips on your log on and get the invoice immediately
I can't track tickets with my log on as it expects an email address and my original login isnt an email.
It's not the end of the world but very inconvenient as I can't submit my month end claim without this.
