Thrifty *******ly Took money of my credit card

Very frustrated with Thrifty Hatfield they took money of my credit card without my concert, and they're so much aware they were wrong but still until now they're playing games to refund me back my money, very poor on admin and their rental process, they don't get back to you, been calling them for almost 8 months now. I'm actually considering taking this issue further for wasting my time, my money and *******ly taking money from my credit card.
