Thrifty has SUCH BAD SERVICE and lies to your face

I booked a car with Thrifty Car Rental, OR Tambo on 2015/09/11 . The person assisting's name was Clinton.<br> <br> Firstly he was EXCEPTIONALLY unprofessional, being very slow to help me and also talking to his colleague continuously and thus taking forever to help me. There was an issue with the booking amount on my credit card (of which Thrifty did not inform me was necessary) and in dealing with this the supervisor Tasneem was also VERY rude. The service from both her and Clinton was distasteful. Apart from the issue with the credit card (which was also a bad experience) the staff did not leave me feeling that they wanted to help. The professionality in Thrifty OR Tambo let's one think of a little fuel station in the Karoo at 02:00 in the morning.<br> <br> Stay away people.<br> <br> Clinton and Tasneem are a poor representation of any company, if I was thrifty I would be ashamed.<br> <br> *Both Clinton and Tasneem refused to provide their surnames saying \there is only one Clinton and Tasneem working here".
