Thrifty has lost the plot

Thrifty is now a disaster, especially with so many competition coming to the table. I actually made a joke with the thrifty agent on collection of the vehicle where I asked him "why do I always have issues with Thrifty, if it is not the wrong car, wrong payment or delays, there are always issues" he apologized. But I let it slide and still support them. Now there is another issue. They took my money and deposit from my card. I delivered the vehicle back on the 7th April and up to today they havent refunded my witholding deposit. First there was an issue with them refunding it back to my card, i submitted my bank details just for them to refund me a R36 that was billed but nothing about my deposit. Today the consultant realised on email that Im referring to deposit. Now it must be escalted to some manager. Why does a manager have to authorise my own money? Thrifty, I have ignored your incompetence for years, this time around I cant. P
